Meet the team

Molly Medinger Seabolt

Owner

To pursue her Associates of Applied Science in Interior Design at Randolph Community College, Molly moved to Asheboro. Upon graduating in 1997, she immediately started working for a local floor covering dealer. She went on to work for several ceramic tile distributors in Greensboro, increasing her knowledge and expertise in ceramic tile installation and products. Once she began her family, it was important to Molly that she worked closer to home.

This decision helped her find her work home for the next decade, at another local floor covering dealer in Asheboro. Her flourishing passion for design and knowledge of floor covering inspired her to become a business owner. This led her to the decision to open Couture Flooring and Design in 2018.

Her intention in opening her own store was to provide design and customer service in a cozy setting that feels like home. What started as a solo endeavor has grown into a small team of sales and design consultants, with 45 years of combined experience.

Annie Seabolt

Showroom Design Consultant

Annie moved to Asheboro in 2018 when she married her husband, Nathan. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2017 with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies, with a minor in Psychology.

She enjoys singing on the worship team at her church and other places as well. Annie started working at Couture Flooring & Design in the beginning of 2020 and has been a great asset to the team.
